- Your first name, last name and contact details (telephone number, email address and postal address) so that we can get in touch with you.
- A copy (scanned or photographed) of the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt only) on which the date of purchase, the amount and the wording of the OWA brand products purchased are circled.
- A copy (scanned or photographed) of the flyer scratched on both sides showing the prize won.
